AGREEMENT

These terms govern your use of halegroup.ai and the communications we send. By using this site, or by corresponding with us by telephone or text message, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

WHO WE ARE

Hale Group LLC is an Alabama limited liability company. We build software systems, and through our Hale Accord division we provide independent claims adjusting and dispute resolution for property and flood losses.

WHAT THIS SITE IS

This site describes what we do. It is not an offer of insurance, not legal advice, and not a coverage determination. Nothing here creates an adjuster–client or attorney–client relationship, and nothing here should be relied on as a decision about any particular claim. Coverage is determined by the policy and the carrier.

CLAIMS WORK

Where we are handling a claim, our engagement is with the carrier, adjusting firm or client who assigned it, on the terms of that assignment. We are licensed where the work requires it, and we follow the applicable state licensing rules.

TEXT MESSAGING

If you give us a mobile number in connection with a claim, you agree we may contact you at that number by call or text about that claim.

• Messages relate to your own claim — scheduling, confirmations and follow-up. We do not send marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies with the claim.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help.
• Opting out will not affect your claim. We will use another method to reach you.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, design and software of this site belong to Hale Group LLC, except where a client owns work we built for them under a separate agreement.

NO WARRANTY

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hale Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here alters the obligations of any claim assignment, which are governed by that assignment.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

CHANGES

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date shown above.
